Delfin Ganapin is the global manager of the GEF Small Grants program. His lecture will focus on "Community-based Adaptation to Climate Change," a new initiative that UNEP is developing globally. The initiative explores how climate change adaptation can be made known to, esdigned by and implemented by poor and vulnerable communities.
Dr. Delfin is Richard Smardon's first SUNY-ESF Ph.D. student (1987).
